  • Ball Blast –A standing cardio is followed by a total body workout with the balls. Core work, balance, strengthening, and toning. It's a blast!
  • Cycle’nStrenghen – 45 minute cycle class and 45 minute strength w/ weight  training.  Do BOTH or just one or the other.
  • Fit'nSculpt - Instructor-led weight training to tone & sculpt all your muscles. Very popular class - sign up early!!!
  • Fit'nStrong - Alternating sets of resistance training with cardio sessions set to music, followed by core and stretching time.
  • Sacred Dance Dance – This unique class uses expressive movement drawn from martial arts, dance arts, and healing arts to achieve     physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
  • Spin'nFit – Discover the world of indoor cycling. 50 minute classes are adaptable to any age or fitness level. Great Cardio workout!
  • Yoga - Yoga is a series of positions designed to help ease stress in the body, create flexibility, and build strength.  Great for all people          regardless of ability.
  • Zumba - Zumba is a "feel happy" workout that combines Latin music with fitness moves. It's "Fun and Easy for Everyone!"
