Our certified instructors help you tone, tighten and lose weight with fun fitness classes in Strengthening, Yoga, Aerobics and Cycling. Check out the latest monthly schedule of BodyFIT workout classes. Class size is limited and pre-registration is required.

Spin'nFit

Certified instructors will show you the world of indoor cycling,  50 minute classes are adaptable to any age or fitness level. Let them know if you're a beginner. Watch out, IT'S ADDICTING!

Spin'nStrength

This class combines the intense 30 minute cardio workout of cycling with a 30-minute Core Strengthening routine. A terrific combination for getting in SHAPE!!

Fit'nSculpt

Instructor-led weight and resistance training class to tone & sculpt all your body's muscles. Very FUN & POPULAR class - sign up early!!!

Fit'nStrong

Strong Women are made by alternating sets of resistance training with cardio sessions set to music, followed by core and stretching time. Laughter and breathing exercises complete the hour!

Strength'nBalance

Resistance training on the ball to tone muscles, keep bones strong and improve balance and overall coordination. Great for seniors!

NIA

Nia uses expressive movement drawn from Martial Arts, Dance Arts, and Healing Arts to achieve physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Fun for Teens!

ZUMBA

Zumba is a "feel happy" workout that combines Latin music with fitness moves. It's "Fun and Easy for Everyone!" Dance away your worries and get a great aerobic workout!

YOGA

Yoga is a series of positions designed to help ease stress in the body, create flexibility, and build strength. Great for all ages regardless of ability. The more you do it the better you feel!
