Fit‘nRun's 18-station circuit is designed to get you maximum results in 30 minutes in just 3 workouts per week. You’ll be 30/3FIT in no time! With our circuit, you get:

• Automatically Adjusts to Your Fitness Level to Minimize Stress on Joints

By combining cardio and aerobic exercising in low-impact intervals, you maximize the effect on the targeted muscle groups. By alternating machines with cardio activities on the circuit, your body is able to more efficiently burn fat and increase metabolism.

How do I use the circuit?

The purpose of the circuit is to work a muscle group and then rest it, but keep your heart pumping as you move from station to station.
1. Enter the circuit at any point in the 18 stations.
2. Musical cues prompt you at 30- to 40-second intervals to move to the next station.
3. Rest your muscles for 30- to 40-seconds between each of the nine machines in the circuit, but keep your cardio going with the nine alternating step or running board exercise stations.

How does the equipment work?

Each of the nine machines in the circuit is designed to work a specific set of muscles. Easy-to-read instruction cards at each machine take the guesswork out of remembering what to do. Our Fitness Support Specialists are there to answer questions and ensure you get maximum effectiveness from every station.

You work out for 30-40 seconds each on the nine muscle-workout machine stations and keep your heart rate up with an alternating 30-40 seconds each on the nine cardio, step or running board stations. In 30 minutes, you can do the circuit twice or go around one time in less than 15 minutes and try an elliptical, treadmill or spinning for the remainder of your 30-minute workout. It’s all about your choice!
